Chewy, Classic and perfect for milk bubble tea. Global Boba dried tapioca pearls cook to a soft, bouncy texture—ideal for traditional bubble tea and customisable for your perfect cup. Pair with Global Boba Brown Sugar syrup for classic and refreshing milk bubble tea. 

How to prepare - Dried Tapioca Pearls

  1. Measure 1kg of tapioca, pour into sieve and sieve out loose debris over bin.
  2. Heat 4 litres of water in a pan. Once boiling pour in the tapioca and stir regularly to prevent sticking. After 30mins, take some tapioca and place into cold water to check texture. If the texture still feels raw cook for further 5 mins.
  3. If cooked through place lid onto pan and leave to rest for 25mins (stir on regular basis)
  4. Take out tapioca and empty it into the colander over a sink.
  5. Rinse the tapioca under cold water until it’s cooled down and loose debris are removed through the colander.
  6. Pour tapioca into a pot and add 100ml of brown sugar syrup. The tapioca is ready to be served.

Tapioca Starch, Colour (Caramel), Flavouring, Thickener (Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate).

How To Make Fruit Bubble Tea

1. Add 1-2 pumps of fruit syrup to the shaker & fill with ice 2. Add brewed tea liquid to the top line of the shaker & shake! 3. Add a scoop of popping boba into cup or two! Pour over shaker contents 4. Add a lid, straw & serve. Enjoy!

How To Make Milk Bubble Tea

1. Add prepared tapioca into cup 2. Add 1-2 pumps of syrup around the top rim of the cup and add ice 3. Pour in cold milk 4. Add a lid, straw & serve. Enjoy!
