Ways Servicevend NW Ltd Collects, Uses and Processes Personal Information.

Enquiry/Contract/Agreement

The Servicevend NW Ltd. group of companies collects information about you in a number of ways, either directly or indirectly, in order to provide access to our full range of business services, to discuss our full range of business services, or to agree contract terms and conditions of employment. This includes the completion of electronic “enquiry/contact” forms, direct personal enquiries, or indirect referrals/recommendations, in order for us to provide an appropriate service. For example, we cannot provide a service unless we collect and use your location information.

Making purchases

When making a payment/conducting a transaction, either directly, or on any of the Servicevend NW Ltd group of Companies websites, you may provide payment information such as your payment card or other payment details. We use Payment Card Industry compliant third-party payment services and we do not store your credit card information. If you use any third-party payment services, any personal information collected by the third-party will be controlled by the privacy policy of that third-party.

Other Uses of Personal Information

Servicevend Ltd. may also use Personal Information for internal statistical, marketing or operational purposes, including generating sales reports and measuring and understanding demographics, user interests, purchasing and other trends among our customers.

Service Providers and sharing of your personal data

Subject to applicable data protection law, we may share your information with third parties who provide services to the Servicevend NW Ltd. group of companies, including our legal and other professional advisors and auditors, in order to support and improve our Services, to process payments, or fulfil orders and these service providers will only have access to the information necessary to perform these limited functions on our behalf and are required to protect and secure your information.

Retention of Personal Information

We retain information as long as it is necessary to provide the Services to you and others, subject to any legal obligations to further retain such information. Information associated with your account will generally be kept until it is no longer necessary to provide the Services or until you ask us to delete it or your account is deleted, whichever comes first. Additionally, we may retain information from deleted accounts to comply with the law, prevent fraud, collect fees, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with investigations, enforce the Terms of Service and take other actions permitted by law. The information we retain will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Data Storage & Security

When you provide information, Servicevend Ltd. takes several measures to safeguard the collection, transmission and storage of the data it collects and also takes reasonable security measures to help protect against loss, misuse, unauthorized access and unauthorized disclosure or alteration of the Personal Information under its control. Servicevend NW Ltd. engages a specialist “IT” company in order to protect your information using secure servers with advanced firewall technology and industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of personal information and credit card numbers. However, as no system is 100% secure, Servicevend NW Ltd’s group of companies cannot guarantee or warrant the security of the information you share with us and we are not responsible for the theft, destruction, loss or inadvertent disclosure of your information or content. Policy with Respect to Children

Servicevend NW Ltd. is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we request that individuals under 16 do not provide Personal Information to Servicevend NW Ltd. If we learn that we have collected the Personal Information from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. If you are aware of a user under the age of 16 using Servicevend NW Ltd., please contact us immediately.

How You Can Review, Correct, Update and Delete Your Personal Information

We take reasonable steps to help ensure that the Personal Information we collect from you is accurate, complete and current. You may request access to your Personal Information and request that erroneous or inaccurate Personal Information be updated. You may also request that your Personal Information be deleted. Servicevend NW Ltd. will respond promptly to your requests in accordance with applicable law. For your protection, we may only implement requests with respect to the Personal Information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request. We may decline to process requests that jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or would cause us to take any action that is not permissible under applicable laws. We may also transfer Personal Information to an affiliate, a subsidiary or a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of Servicevend NW Ltd.’s business, assets or stock, including, without limitation, in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceeding.

International data transfer

The Servicevend NW Ltd group of companies operate solely within the United Kingdom and European Economic Area and your personal information will not, therefore, be transferred outside of this area.

Your Choices Regarding Marketing Correspondence

We and other members of the Servicevend NW Ltd. group of companies may use your Personal Information to send you marketing-related correspondence (including emails) related to equipment, products or related services in accordance with your email. We do not share Personal Information with third parties for the third parties’ marketing purposes. To opt out of receiving marketing-related correspondence from Servicevend NW Ltd., or other members of our Group of companies, please click “Unsubscribe” from any marketing email you receive.

Cookies and Similar Technology

To help analise how you and other visitors navigate our websites, compile aggregate statistics about site usage and response rates, help diagnose any problems with our servers and administer the website, we, with assistance from third-party analytics service providers, collect certain information when you visit our site. This information includes IP address, browser type, browser language, date and time of your request, time(s) of your visit(s), demographics, page views and page elements (e.g., links) that you click. We may use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, clear GIF’s or other similar tools on our site or in our email messages to assist us in collecting and analyzing such information. We use Google Tag Management to help manage the various analytics services and cookie and pixel tag technologies Servicevend NW Ltd. uses to measure website usage. Your rights.

  • You have the following rights under the applicable data protection law:

  • to request access to your personal data,

Servicevend NW Ltd. review this Privacy Statement annually, which may, therefore be subject to change from time to time, as we improve our business, products, services and as technologies and laws change. You can determine when this Privacy Statement was last revised by referring to the “Issue Date” legend at the top of this page. Any changes will become effective upon our posting of the revised Privacy Statement. We will provide notice to you if these changes are material and, where required by applicable law. Consistent with all legal requirements, this notice will be provided by email or by posting notice of the changes on our website(s).

In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.
